Eclectics was an art group formed in the year 2000 by 13 members, most of whom were pursuing graduation and post-graduation in the field of arts. It became a creative platform where young artists could openly discuss their works, share ideas, and explore different practices together. The group often gathered in the lawns of Rabindra Bhawan and the National Gallery of Modern Art, creating a vibrant space for dialogue, collaboration, and artistic growth.
Relicmongers was formed in 2002 by four artists—Kuldeep Verma, Biswajit Mandal, Anil Sharma, and Rahul Chaudhury—as a collective to showcase and document art. Since its inception, the group has documented more than 200 artists and organized two exhibitions, one solo and one group, in 2003 and 2004 at Rabindra Bhawan and India Habitat Centre. Among its major projects are *Art Envelop* (2005) and *Photo Art* (2006), both significant contributions to contemporary art documentation.
Studio Spaces began in 2013 as an initiative to showcase art in private spaces without relying on gallery support. Founded by Rahul Chaudhury, it encouraged artists to explore new household venues to present solo or group exhibitions for three days, from Friday to Sunday, every month. The concept quickly gained popularity and continued for at least three years, hosting dozens of successful shows across India and offering fresh opportunities for creative expression.
